The housing market in the Netherlands as we know it is a product of a long process that is highly regulated by rent control, rent and rent indexation. This regulation determines the behavior of consumers in this market. There was also strong price increase (buy) houses due to a combination of factors on the demand and supply side. Housing associations to apply to this social context and to relate this to continue to develop.
The social enterprise
Woonbedrijf is a Dutch corporation of a fourth major player in this field. Together with Total Identity, on the basis of social realities and expectations of the future direction of the shifting role of housing associations and from there determined the future course of direction Woonbedrijf reassessed. Design
The policy wording of the corporate story is the DNA: this is how we built. The communicative text is the iD: From here we continue to grow a team of private entrepreneurs. The Mindset (The Setup), so together we achieve sustainable living environments. The newspaper W1, W2, W. ..: we move and operate in a changing context and make it manifest. The play area, we involve everyone and provide space and building blocks for co-creating sustainable living environments on location.
Developing customer value
The starting point is the interaction with all of in social and economic development of the housing market. The various funds with different frequencies and appearance precisely tailored to the target shape, are aligned and interlock. This creates a flywheel of the balanced presence of Woonbedrijf in the full court, by its employees up to the politicians in The Hague. Through co-creation, animation and extensive shared responsibilities, the role occupied and claimed as a social director.
