The Welsh Development Agency’s core business is to attract foreign investors to Wales with a focus on the European and American market. By working together closely with PR agencies the agency manages to keep local communication in hand. The PR/PA unit of Total Identity, together with Belgian agency Coris, takes care of the Benelux market. This consortium is directed and co-ordinated by the London-based PR/PA consultancy Chelgate.
